Flux, Mardi Gras style

kicking off this month is a new monthly bazaar called Flux! if my math is correct, there are 40 shops participating and it’s a pretty exciting list if you ask me! each month will have a new theme and for February we are celebrating Mardi Gras. i decided to go a less-travelled route for myself and actually make some tops and skirts that i thought embodied some of the spirit of Mardi Gras.

there are 4 different colored tops and 4 different colored skirts, so you can mix and match as you please or buy the collector packs and get them all at a discounted rate. i will also have a dollarbie out as well! you can check out more info about Flux on the blog.

new year, new things

this year i am going to try to do a better job at remembering to post new things on here! so to start off right, first i need to show you something i have been secretly squeeing over for a few weeks, just waiting to get it set up:

this is my new store! my friend Ross built it for me (and took this lovely pic) and did a marvelous job! the butterflies even flap their wings! yep, i am totally digging it and was so excited to finally put it up! (or is it down?) i also hope that you find it more orderly and easier to find things in.

and now that Christmas is over and i have a bit more time, i finally have something new in the shop as well:

i’ve been meaning to finish up a few more pairs of getas for several months now, so i got on the ball and have this new pair all ready to go! one day i will own a pair in rl. i already have some tabi socks to go with them!
